Hostel Candelaria - Valladolid (Yucatan)

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The wifi was unreliable and often had poor connection, making it difficult to stay connected or do work.

We had an amazing stay at this charming hostel in a hidden green area. the staff was kind and helpful, offering quick solutions to any issues. the common outdoor kitchen area was cozy and a great place to meet other travelers. the included breakfast was decent with real coffee, cereals, fruits, and made, to, order eggs. the rooms were clean, the shared bathrooms always tidy, with good hot water and water pressure. the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, and parking was safe nearby. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff was friendly, and they were really nice too accommodate our late check-in. The personalized map and bike rentals they provided were awesome, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hostel had a great mix of travelers, creating a lively atmosphere. The beautiful lush courtyard added to the beach-like vibe of the place. The breakfast, cooked on demand, was delicious and a perfect start to our day. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the abundance of fans kept us cool throughout our stay. The hostel's attention to detail and the fine location in the Candelaria district made it special. I highly recommend this hostel in Valladolid.

Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the ADO station and cheap shuttles. the reception area had all the local information we needed. the rooms were comfortable with big lockers and no mosquito problems. Make sure to try the cheap and delicious food at the nearby bazaar.
